This is a picture of one of the apartment bathrooms. A jackhammer is a manditory rule for anyone doing remodeling. Our bedroom is directly below this bathroom and they used the jackhammer until 10:30pm.

We have completely rewired the center building with protected wire. The interior walls in the center building are made of wood. The wires were not protected and fires are common where the wires are bare. This we did for safety reasons. Previously the entire building was controled by one large electric panel in the basement now each apartment and each floor has its own circuit breaker box..

To even out the floor we laid plywood flooring over the top of the existing floor. This added much needed strength and quieted down the previous floor.

This is the way Monglians like to build interior walls. They prefer using brick to sheetrock

They had a difficult time with the concept of plumbing and electric bein behind the wall. This was repaired and done correctly.

This is a picture of the ground floor hallway. Please pray for this man. He is the brother of Brother Agi, Rich Hearts missionary to Choir. He is only working for us a short time and we hope to be a witness to him.

This is sparky our electrician. He built our building circuit panel from scratch and rewired most of our building.

Since our building is not connected to the city domestic hot water system we have installed individual water heaters.

d We have remodeled every bathroom in the building. None of these had any ventilation. Now all 13 bathrooms have vents and the drains are air tight. We found several sinks that didn't have traps and was letting sewer gases come back into the room.
